Various programs in Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering is accredited in the third cycle by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).7undergraduate programs currently have been re-accredited consecutively for the third time in row.
The current accreditation status of 5 programs, i.e., Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Technology is valid till A.Y. 2022-2023 (i.e., till 30th June, 2023), while for the Mechanical Engineering program, it is valid till 30th June of the A.Y. 2024-25.

Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering is one of the very few colleges in Maharashtra state, especially in Mumbai, wherein all the Undergraduate Programs (8 in all) are accredited at the same time by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) in the second cycle.
All the 8 programs have been re-accredited for the second time. The current accreditation status of 5 programs, i.e., Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Technology are valid till A.Y. 2022-2023 (i.e., till 30th June, 2023) & for the remaining 3 programs, i.e., Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering, it is valid till 30th June of the A.Y. 2020-21 (2018-19 to 2020-21).

All the eligible Undergraduate Programmes such as Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering were accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for 2 years w.e.f. 04.01.2013. Production Engineering and Biomedical Engineering were accredited by the NBA for 2 years w.e.f. 01.07.2014.
