DJS ACM SIGAI

SIGAI (Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence) is a student chapter founded in 2022 by students of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) department at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. Affiliated with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), a renowned U.S.-based non-profit organization dedicated to advancing education in the field of computing, the chapter aims to promote and support the development and practical application of artificial intelligence principles and techniques across the computing industry. At DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering, the students of the AIML department established the DJS ACM SIGAI student chapter with the objective of fostering a vibrant and collaborative learning community. The chapter works towards equipping its members with knowledge and skills by introducing them to the rapidly evolving and increasingly interdisciplinary domains of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. This is achieved through a series of seminars, skill-building workshops, and other events conducted throughout the academic year. Each member of DJS ACM SIGAI is given valuable opportunities to engage with industry professionals and academicians, participate in technical and non-technical events, and share their research and learning experiences on various platforms. The Official ACM Student Chapter of DJ Sanghvi's AIML Department aims to support learners of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, nurturing a community dedicated to the exploration and advancement of artificial intelligence.
